For the first drop when I heard the preview I was half expecting there to be a heavy drop and then I saw the stream and realized how much better it is this way! Awesome job Detious!

DetiousMusic responds:

There was only like 8 bars of heavy basses in this track :P

Glad you you enjoyed man. :)

Have a piano before this part and have it develop into this. This has potential. Try to find ways to make it less muddy. So this is drumstep... okay I gotta try.

Ravitex responds:

Thanks for your feedback!

Well, the muddyness is one problem... right... Actually, this is one of my older projects that I had never finished. I used different mastering & mixing methods back then and now I'm basically trying to rebalance this blast from the past thing.

I don't know if this is exactly drumstep, but it's pretty close to it. Drumstep is basically dubstep with Drum & Bass elements and higher tempo (around 160-174 beats per minute).

It's something... that's a start! Okay how can I say this..... I'm assuming you guys kind of just started because of previous reviews. Correct me if I'm wrong. This has some substance which makes it overall better, however it does not have that much development throughout the track which slightly makes it worse. You could have made it longer to improve that. It's okay, because now is the time to try different things in order to create a style for yourselves. I am still kind of new to making music so I am doing different things in order to keep from making my songs similar. So try something different for your next tracks. I don't always make the best reviews but hey, I tried. Names technically don't matter if your music becomes really good. In case you do want to change it you probably can find a way by contacting the NG staff. I'm just putting some points here based on all the reviews here and the track itself.

It works with your style so that's a plus! Obviously different than a lot of your other stuff but I am enjoying this! Keep it up.

Why do I feel so awesome every time someone does a collab? xD

The song progresses well and has a good variety. Since it isn't really a genre I can't give tips based on a template of a genre in my mind lol.

*SPOILER ALERT*

That beep in the end scared me!!!

NeoMusiKa responds:

Beep!
Thanks!!

OMG it's on Newgrounds too?? LOVE THIS THING! It just doesn't get much better

Wow, nice to see more house of quality! This is nice. Personally a little more power in the build ups would be nice, but it almost perfect as is. Keep it up!

Dalux responds:

Thank you for commenting! You motivate me :D

Glad to see you are alive, I won't criticize this too much because it was your first track, I just want to tell you your friends were kind of right, but I've heard plenty of worse songs. Keep up your style with tracks I've seen previously!

nitrokill217 responds:

Well, yeah...

Just makes me like the track more than ever! This is great, but I feel like it needs a bit more. Take that however you like, I'm not that great at writing reviews. Still, I like this remix. Since you used the main theme of the song mostly and that part after, maybe you should include a modified version the part at the beginning halfway through the remix just to make it more interesting. Keep this up!

KamillasRainbow responds:

Thanks :)

Interesting cover; obviously with time you can get better. If you are going to be making GD levels still, it may be quite hard to improve depending on your time management skills. Obviously you will learn more with experience, so I am not worried about that. Hopefully you will have time to improve. This is great, keep it up!
